The 2004 Pond Tour was a success! Thanks to a group of dedicated volunteers from the CIWGA and the Story County Master Gardeners, this years Tour would not have been possible. Plus, the Tour netted for each organization $2400, which happens to be a record!!!! I want to publicly thank each and every one of these people that helped in this year's Pond Tour - Thank You!! By the way, organizing for the 2005 Pond Tour will commence in October!! Bring us your volunteering skills; it's a great way to help both organizations grow. And, to make future Pond Tour organizing easier, this year’s Committee is putting together a "How To Organize A Successful Pond Tour" manual.
