The Des Moines area group will be meeting on January 27 at the ISU Extension office on NE 14th St. at 7:00 PM. Our speaker will be Larry Arnold from Aqualand in Des Moines who will talk about fish care, diseases, etc. Come and bring your fish questions for Larry.
Then in February we will meet on Wednesday, February 25 (note this is not the regular meeting night). Inger Lamb, President of the Iowa Prairie Network will be speaking on native plants and grasses. We've heard she's a very interesting speaker with a great slide show so we are looking forward to having her present to the group.
